Electric flying ship completes first crewed flight

Regent Craft's Viceroy, an all-electric 'seaglider', has completed its first crewed flight. The vehicle combines a floating hull, wing-in-ground effect technology, and hydrofoils into a single design. The aircraft flew for the first time with a crew aboard.
